Videos: Education and R3 Efforts on Trapping
Through a Multistate Conservation Grant, the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies, in conjunction with some of our conservation partners, created 12 videos to be used to inform the public about trapping and encourage hunters to consider trapping as another activity that may fit into their outdoor lifestyle.
These videos cover a wide range of topics about modern regulated trapping including key messages that help the public understand modern regulated trapping, how agencies use trapping, and why it is important in wildlife management. The videos also deal with some of the concerns about trapping including how, through the Best Management Practices for Trapping program, trapping is being improved in a number of ways.
We encourage agencies and NGO partners to share these videos with their respective audiences. You can view, share, and download each of the videos below.
